Terms of service

These terms apply when you use statesyde.co or buy from StateSyde. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our products

Every piece we sell is an original product from a US brand, sold brand new with its original tags. Most pieces come one per size, so stock is limited and can sell out at any time.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars. We confirm every order with you before delivery. If a piece becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and you will not be charged for it.

Payment

Orders are paid cash on delivery. Private Orders require a deposit before we buy the piece, with the rest paid on delivery.

Delivery and exchanges

Delivery and exchanges follow our Shipping policy and Exchange policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies.
